Sanskrit & Yoga Philosophy Study Group with Kathryn Payne
Date: TBD
Where: Sound Yoga in West Seattle

Open to all students of yoga; reading Sanskrit is NOT required. We will contemplate original source texts through chanting and study of Sanskrit in English and original script (for those who can read it). Insight unfolds as we decode the grammar and meaning of verses as they apply to us personally. This gives us direct access to the teachings, something translations alone cannot do. Most of all, it's a terrific way to come together and plumb the depths of yoga with others who share your curiosity.
