Weekend 9 is a twelve-hour weekend of student evaluation, tests and general technique practice. It also includes creating a biography and photo shoot for each student, from which they can build a flyer or other type of professional advertising or souvenir!
Weekend 10 is a twelve-hour intensive on "The Art of Teaching." Students bring together all they have learned to focus on creating a complete yoga class, teaching and demonstrating poses. While students have been working in this way all along, this weekend provides the opportunity to focus and hone the skill of teaching. It also serves as a preparation for the Presentation Weekend.

Time Table for Teaching Presentation
April 10-12, 2009 is presentation weekend. Dates and times vary for each student.
Students attend a minimum of six hours on assigned date(s) and time. Each student teaches a 30-45 minute yoga class and attends yoga classes taught by their peers. Not everyone takes the training program to teach. You may skip the presentation and receive a document describing your accumulation of hours, without Certification. You must pass this portion of the training to receive the Pacific Yoga Certification.
